Print Exhibition

Sir, —In your issue today your correspondent, Alison Moffitt, refers to an exhibition of work commissioned by the New Zealand Print Council which has been exhibited in Dunedin. For the information of your readers, the Print Council has made a tentative booking to exhibit these prints in our new gallery from August 2 to 24 this year, and we fully expect the prints will be shown here.—Yours, etc., R. R. LAIDLAW, Acting Secretary-Manager, Canterbury Society of Arts. January 24, 1968.

Sir, —So the Paul Wunderlich print exhibition brought to New Zealand by the German Embassy and shown in Auckland could not be shown in this university city. The director of the McDougall art gallery says it would be only of limited interest. The best always is.—Yours, etc., DON PEEBLES. School of Fine Arts, University of Canterbury, Januar; 24, 1968.
