Summer Magic, a candidate for the Asian Racing Conference Handicap, the first leg of the Wellington Racing Club’s T.A.B. double today, will stay in the North Island about three months after his part-owner and trainer, E. Summer Magic, which won the Watkins Handicap at the Wellington spring meeting, will join B. A. V. Preston’s stable at Otaki. Summer Magic’s stablemates. Red Siren and Cassarook, will leave tonight for home. They will be accompanied by the stable foreman, G. E. Lowry. Red Siren broke down during the Wellington Cup and was last.
