(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. Outstanding bowling by the North Otago colt, C. Taylor, was not sufficient to give his side a first-innings lead over the touring Australian schoolboys side at Oamaru on Saturday. Taylor took 10 wickets for 56 runs in the match, and the Australians were dismissed for 127 in the first innings and were 64 for six in the second at stumps. Scores:— Australia 127 (Nanklvell 35, Kerin 31; Taylor five for 30, Burt three for 30) and 64 for six (Davies 21 not out; Taylor five for 26), North Otago 112 (Bowman 61; Ryan four for 34).
