The first flight test of a lunar module—the type of spacecraft that will eventually land two men on the moon—will take place on Monday as planned, according to space officials tonight. A National Aeronautics and Space Administration spokesman said a power failure that had threatened to delay the Apollo 5 mission for several days had been rectified today.
