(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON. A Sydney owner, Mr S. Fox, for several years a

buyer at the Trentham sales, has bought many good horses but no more likely winner than a colt for which he paid 812)000 today. The colt, by Test Case from Prose, offered by Messrs C. J. Roberta and R. Rom, of Manurewa, was foaled on October 7, 196#, but although he la only a yearling he has already been first past the post The unusual circumstance arose when his dam waa allowed to continue racing while in foal. She was carrying the Test Case colt when, in one of her last races, she won the Wanganui Stayers’ Plate over a mile and a half In Febuary, 1966. Later she finished fourth in the Great Northern St Leger.
