Sunfish Washed Ashore

A deep-sea sunfish, seldom seen in shallow waters, was washed ashore at Gore Bay yesterday. Measuring 40 inches in length and weighing about 901 b, it was found struggling in shallow water about 3.30 p.m., and was taken on to the beach by Mr J. R. Kofoed, of Oxford.
