School-Leavers’ Jobs
Sir,—ln reply to “Caractacus” who says that nobody should expect a job as of right, 1 say that a young New Zealander, just leaving school, should at least be allowed a chance to prove himself. 1 am not interested in what happened in'England in the last depression. I am only interested in how we New Zealanders cope with the current economic crisis.—Yours, etc., G. G. WALKER. December 2, 1967.
