Scouts’ New President

WELLINGTON, Dec. 1.

Air Vice-Marshal I. G. Morrison, a former Chief of Air Staff, R.N.Z.A.F., took up duties today as national president and Deputy Chief Scout of the Scout Association of New Zealand.

He succeeds Major-General Sir William Gentry, a former New Zealand Army chief, who has been national president of the movement for the last 11 years. ,
