Box 4107, Christchurch.2sl3 CHRISTCHURCH-LYTTELTON ROAD TUNNEL AUTHORITY BY-LAW 1964 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on the 25th day of October, 1967, the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority resolved to enact an amendment to the above By-law to be known and to be cited as the ChristchurchLyttelton Road Tunnel Authority By-law 1964, Amendment No. 3 The object or purport of the said amendment is to empower the Authority to determine whether the goods toll payable in terms of the By-law in re spect of certain goods shall be upon the basis of ton weight or ton measurement or a com promise between the same. FURTHER PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the Authority to be held at the offices' of the Authority, Bridle Path Road.
