The weighings will commence at Waipara on November 21 and near Pinehaven on November 24, each extending over a period of 3 days. * The survey is being carried out on behalf of the National Roads Board and is part of a New Zealand-wide survey. The purpose is to determine what wheel loads actually use highways so that pavements can be better designed to serve the country’s transportation needs.
