Bank Charges

Sir,—Bank charges are to rise next month. Have the banks forgotten already all the benefits decimal currency was supposed to bring them? Surely banks would be one place, if any, where this would show in tangible form. Yet, in spite of Mr Mowbray’s “extensive research,” It was not even mentioned. —Yours, B. A. M. MOON.
