Steel Mill Dispute <N Z. Prsss Association? AUCKLAND, Oct. 13. < A break in the dispute at New Zealand Steel Ltd’s construction site at Glenbrook came today when unions and contractors agreed to resume talks on a site agreement The 200 construction workers on the site have been carrying out a rolling stop-page-stopping at any time—for nearly two week* since talks broke down. Today Mr M. Batten, chief engineer for W. Stevenson and Sons, Ltd, a partner in the Dillingham Stevenson combine, the main contractors, said the decision to resume came after the men walked off today. He said the unions had agreed that the men resume normal working as from Monday as a condition of reopening of talks. Overtime would be reinstated.
