Creditors’ Meeting

Colin George McCrone, a painter, of Domett, had debts of $553;98, a meeting of his creditors was told at the Cheviot County Council Chambers this week. McCrone, who filed his Own petition in bankruptcy on September 13, had unsecured creditors for $693, secured creditors for $lBO and assets of $140.98. In his statement, McCrone said he had been in ill health for two years and since May this year had been working only one week in four. He offered to pay his creditors in full. The creditors passed a motion that the Official Assignee (Mr T. A. F. Withers) be instructed to oppose any application unless 100 c in the $1 had been paid.
