LORDSHIP ENTERED
The appearance of the champion, Lordship, will be a highlight of the Spotswood Trotting Club's equalisator meeting on Saturday. Lordship is engaged tn the Aerial Sowing Free-for-all. which has drawn a useful field including the New Zealand Cup candidate, Co Pilot, and wellperformed trotters in Queen s Cord and Russell.
The Spotswood Two-yfear-old Challenge Stakes, over eight furlongs and a half, will also arouse interest. A field of 10 is carded.
A double will be run on the Amberley Handicap and the Thunder Handicap.

Preparation At Belfast
Bobbinet and Rannach Lad will be prepared at Belfast by C. S. Donald for racing at the New Zealand Cup meeting at Addington Raceway next month.
Rannach Lad his shown sound form in the north this season, but Bobbinet has done little of note so far. She will probably have her first start for her new trainer in the Hannon Mem orial Handicap at Oamaru on October 23. to be followed by the Kaikoura Cup.
Rannach Lad may race at the Canterbury Park meeting at Addington Raceway on October
