WELLINGTON, Oct 10.

The Government Architect (Mr F. G. F. Sheppard) today reported' to the special Parliamentary committee handling the proposed beehive building for Parliament After the meeting, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said the report included a number of proposals for changes in the layout to improve the efficiency of the structure. The proposals were endorsed by the committee. “None of these affects the basic design of the building,” said Mr Holyoake. “They represent adjustments developed by the Government Architect in the process of preparing detailed drawings.”
