(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) HONG KONG, Aug. 14. Foes of the Chinese Communist Party leader, Mao Tse-tung, had seized two shiploads of arms bound for North Vietnam, Hong Kong newspapers said today, United Press International reported. The Right-wing Hong Kong newspaper “Tin Tin” said people coming from Canton reported that rampaging antl-Mao mobs attacked and seized the two arms freighters at Whampoa, the city’s deep-water port. The antl-Mao forces carried away “huge” amounts of arms and ammunition destined for North Vietnam’s port of Haiphong, according to the paper.
