(N.Z.P-A.-Reuter—Copyright) JERUSALEM, August 14. Israel will not alter its decision to allow Jordanian refugees back to their west bank homes—in spite of the security risk, it was announced in Jerusalem last night The Cabinet decided not to change its policy in spite of misgiving by some members that the huge return of refugees who crossed the Jordan River after the Middle East war might produce security risks for Israel in the occupied territory.
