Time And Tide In Fall
Ne*r the half-mtle In the President's Challenge Cup at Watmate. Time and Tide fell. It was found that when being eased be got on the heels of the runner in front and fell. There was ’no conclusive evidence that any one rider had shifted ground and accordingly no action could be taken.
