“GROUP OF FANATICS”

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 21. The retiring chairman of the Auckland division of the National Party (Mr W. J. Court) told members on Saturday that the Social Credit Political League people were “political fanatics.” To combat Social Credit, the National Party must maintain its branch organisation and membership at the highest possible level, he said. “As a partv we cannot allow Social Credit to go from strength to strength without rebutting the fallacies of their theories,” he said. “Without doubt the Social Credit Party comes under the category of political fanatics.”
