COURSE TODAY

Boys’ Brigade

Officers

A drill course for Boys’ Brigade officers from Christchurch and North Canterbury will be held at the Christchurch Technical Institute Assembly Hall, today. The guest instructor is the New Zealand Boys’ Brigade secretary (Mr A. Dornan), from Wellington. The course, which includes both company and squad drill, is being held to raise the standard within the companies of the battalion, said the Canterbury battalion training officer (Mr D. Giblin) last evening.

Leaders of the Life Boys, the junior section of the movement, have been invited to the course as observers, said Mr Giblin.
