Mrs F. Westgarth presided at the annual meeting of the Riccarton Townswomen’s Guild. Mrs A. Thomson, a member of the Dominion executive, congratulated the officers on their annual reports. Election of officers: President, Mrs F. Westgarth; secretary, Mrs 1 Duns; treasurer, Mrs A. Scott; vice-presidents, Mesdames A. W. Black and C. Ross; committee, Mesdames A. Black, D. Christian, C. Francis, P. Giles, C. Ross, I Stewart, I. Vaughan, and O. Weatherhead.
