Locomotive Gift
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, March 18. A train engine, almost 90 years old, has been given to the Waikato branch of the New Zealand Locomotive and Train Society. The locomotive, a 29-ton FA 250, is the only one of its class left in the country, and has been given to the society by the Whakatane Board Mills on the understanding that it be restored as near as possible to its original condition.
