The body of one of the two theological students who were drowned when they were swept off the rocks at Whitewash Head, Scarborough, on Thursday, has still not been recovered.

The body of Michael O’Conner, aged 20, of Auckland, was found on Friday. Yesterday two policemen searched on foot along the coastline and launches searched the sea in the area for the body of Bernard David Ho-gan, aged 19, of Spreydon, without success.
