The party will fly from Christchurch to Mount Cook on Sunday, April 2, and will visit Glentanner and Glen Lyon stations in the Mackenzie Country the following day before proceeding to Wanaka, Queenstown, Gore, and ending up at Dunedin at the end of the week. Studs, stations, and commercial properties will be visited along the way. Local members will join the council party during the tour.
