DEFICIENCY OF £197
A total deficiency of £197 3s 3d was disclosed in the statement of affaire of Ronald Williams, a maintenance fitter, of 122 Wales street, when he appeared before the Official Assignee (Mr T. A. F. Withers), for examination yesterday. A meeting of creditors was adjourned sine die for want of a quorum. Williams was adjudged bankrupt on February 13 on bus own petition. He owes £204 2s lid to unsecured creditors, and £94 0* lOd to secured creditors. The estimated value of nts securities is £74. In a statement of reasons for his bankruptcy Williams said he had been in poor health and off work, and his wife had undergone a serious o *“Miafl l no option but to file in bankruptcy so as to stop demand payments from creditors. I was likely to crack up, he said.
