New Boys’ Brigade Company

A new Boys’ Brigade company, to be known as the 32nd Christchurch company, has been formed at St Stephen's Anglican Church, Shirley. It is the 26th company to join the Canterbury battalion of the brigade.

The application for the company was accepted at a council meeting of the Canterbury battalion on Monday evening.

There are 19 boys in the company. The captain is Mr T. Tizzard, the chaplain, the Rev. M. J. Goodall, and the lieutenant, Mr N. L. Clark. Mr Tizzard and Mr Clark are both former youth leaders.
