Common Use Of Church Facilities
The Christchurch Diocese was receiving more and more requests from other churches involved in church union negotiations for permission to have common use of land and i church buildings, said the Registrar (Mr J. C. Cottrell).
) The diocesan standing committee had now established I a sub-committee to consider jthe requests, and report to it. It was important that the diocese tried to co-operate with other churches, especially in new areas where reI quests were increasing, Mr | Cottrell said.
