Portraits of the top Soviet leaders adorned Moscow landmarks yesterday and showed no change in the line-up of the Kremlin hierarchy, the Associated Press reported. The portraits of the members of the Politburo, highest organ of the Soviet Communist Party—normally go up just before the November 7 anniversary celebrations of the Bolshevik revolution that brought communism to power. Changes in the line-up or in the order can mean changes at the top of the Kremlin command.
