KICKED BY HORSE
Miss M. E. Lewis, aged 22, of Glencarren street, Alexandra, suffered head and arm injuries when she was kicked by a horse while in a float in Racecourse road about 11.15 a.m. yesterday.
Miss Lewis was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. Her condition last night was described as satisfactory. She is employed by Mr B. G. Rutherford, of Waikari.
