House Brings £9500
Mrs Elsie E. Templin’s property at 92 Heaton street, which is noted for its garden, was sold for £9500 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. The centrally heated house has a lounge, dining room, three bedrooms, kitchen-din-ette, and bathroom. There is also a double garage on the section of one rood 37.7 1 perches. The initial bid was £BOOO. There were three blds of £250, six of £lOO, and three of £5O.
