Yacht May Not Be Salvaged

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. Salvage of the yacht Erewhon, now beached on the coast near Herekino, north of Kaitaia, was possible but might not be economically feasible, an Auckland marine surveyor, Captain G. W. Dunsford said today. He supervised the hauling of the 29ft craft into the sandhills on Saturday. The Erewhon went aground early on Friday morning.
