Wet or Fine All members and intending members welcomed. 5282 COUNTY OF WAIMATRI STREET NAMES—SPENCERVILLE DISTRICT It is hereby publicly notified that the following resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Council held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton, on Thursday, August 18, .1966: “That in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 192 of the Counties Act, 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the road name NALDERS ROAD, as shown on Survey Office Plans, as the name of the road between the Main North Railway at Chaneys and Lower Styx road be deleted and the name Spencerville road be substituted in place thereof, and further that the road name Spencerville road, shown on Survey Office Plans as the name of a road off the south side of the said NALDERS ROAD, approximately 10 chains east of the Main North Railway, be deleted and the name FARRELLS ROAD be substituted in place thereof.” It is further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton, on Thursday, September 15, 1966, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
