Suspended For Rest Of Season
The Marlst Rugby League wing, C. C. Worters, was suspended for the rest of the 1966 season by the Canterbury Board of Control last evening. Worters was sent from the field by Mr P. Yaxley during the match against Linwood on August 27. He appeared before the board's judiciary committee on Saturday. The committee recommended that Worters, be suspended for the remainder of the season. t
The charge was using abusive language.
