Children In Buses

Sir,—Last Wednesday I had occasion to take a bus at 4.45 p.m. from the Snuare. The bus was full. Three school children gave up their seats to me and my two triends, and during the short iourney I. noticed other school girls and boys giving their seats to adults. These were voung school children on holiday. The politeness and respect shown by these young Christchurch citizens delighted me and made me feel oroud of our young folk. I wish to give credit where "redit is due in view of the frequent criticism of our voung people today.—Yours, etc.,

E. HENDERSON. August 29, 1966.
