NIGERIA TO END CENTRAL RULE

(N.Z. Press Association —Copyright) LAGOS (Nigeria), August 9. The head of Nigeria’s military Government has decreed the end of the Central Government and resumption of the federal system as part of a threestage plan returning Nigeria to civilian rule, says the Associated Press.
