Bill To Ease Regulations IN Z.P A Reuter —Copyright! MOSCOW, Aug. 9 i The British Embassy yesterday reported “no progress" in its bid to have conditions' improved for the gaoled British teacher, Mr Gerald Brooke.

An Embassy official was called to the Foreign Ministry to receive the official reply to a British request made six weeks ago for a relaxation of the regulations concerning the 28-year-old Londoner who was imprisoned last year on subversion charges.
