‘DECISION WRONG’

S.W. Africa Rule

(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright MOSCOW, July 28.

Russia has called the World Court decision absolving South Africa of charges that it had mismanaged South-west Africa “unlawful.”

It promised Soviet aid for the early liberation of the territory.

An authorised statement, issued by Tass, also demanded seats on the World Court for Afro-Asian nations to overthrow “the pro-Western majority.” On July 20, the Court rejected a claim by Ethiopia and Liberia that South Africa mismanaged the territory by extending its apartheid policy.
