Honorary Life Member
Mr T. A. Leitch, the retiring president, was elected an honorary life member of the Canterbury Park Trotting Club at the club’s annual meeting held at Addington Raceway yesterday. A tribute to Mr Leitch’s long and valuable service to trotting was made by Mr R. W. Saunders, president of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club.
