Senate Cuts Bill
(N Z.P.A. Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, July 26. The Senate tonight passed a Foreign Aid Bill almost 500 million dollars less than that requested by President Johnson for overseas economic assistance. Approval came after the Senate had voted for an amendment registering disapproval of a West German deal to help China build a steel mill.
