State Of Ground
The ground at Lancaster Park was in quite good condition for the match between the Lions and Canterbury on Saturday, Mr J. O. Hattersley said in presenting the report of the grounds committee to a meeting of the Victory Park Board last night. If there was not too much rain before the week-end, it would be a good ground, he said.
