EFFLUENT PLANT
Cable Factory Places Order A fully automatic packaged plant for add neutralisation of effluents, costing about £3OOO, has been ordered by Associated British Cables Ltd., of Christchurch. The company's general manager (Mr J. D. Bull) said yesterday that a building about 20ft by 20ft would be built to house the plant Many Christchurch industries probably would have to install similar plant to comply with new Drainage Board regulations, he said. The plant would be used to association with industrial copper precessing.
