Restaurant Wrecked
(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) MELBOURNE, June 19. A bomb was hurled through the front window of a restaurant in Exhibition street, Melbourne, early today. The restaurant, Giro’s, was empty when the bomb exploded, causing damage estimated at 10,000 dollars. The kitchen preparation area was wrecked. The force of the explosion blew plaster off the roof and tore apart stainless steel sinks and cupboards.
