PUBLIC NOTICES , NORTH CANTERBURY CATCHMENT BOARD RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL ORDER DIRECTING THE MAKING AND LEVYING OF RATES. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the North Canterbury Catchment Board held in the Board’s Office. 21 Latimer square, Christchurch, at 10 a m. on Friday. May 27, 1966, the following resolutions were adopted; THAT BY virtue of the powers contained in the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act. 1941. and its amendments, the North Canterbury Catchment Board hereby directs (by way of Special Order) that the rates as set out in the Schedule below, shall be made, levied and collected; ;bv the several Local Bodies I within the limits of whose juris diction the Catchment. Board Dis trict or anv Special Rating area within that district is situate.
