ARREST OF NKRUMAH
Interpol Asked To Help (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright? ACCRA, May 17. Ghana has asked its 60 fellow-nation members of Interpol for help in arresting the former president, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, on criminal charges, including theft, conspiracy to extort and extortion. The former president is at present in neighbouring Guinea —a member of Interpol. The Ghanaian Commissioner of Police said, however, that he did not think Guinea “will give us the required assistance.”
