(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SAIGON, April 29. More than 4000 United States troops landed in Vietnam today, bringing the total American strength in the Vietnamese war to nearly 250,000. Their arrival at the seaport of Vung Tau, 60 miles south-east of Saigon, completed the final phase of the movement of the 25th Tropic Lightning Infantry Division from Honolulu.
