Parking Meter Stolen

The theft of a parking meter, valued at £32 10s the property of the Christchurch City Council, from Hereford street between Monday and Wednesday, was reported to the police yesterday. The missing parking meter has been replaced from reserve stocks. The theft was discovered by the council’s meter fees collector.

The stolen meter was near the Commercial Bank of Australia.
