Buddhist Fears ‘Double-cross’
(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) SAIGON, April 21. The Buddhist leader, Thich Thien Minh, said yesterday the military junta might be plotting a “double-cross” to remain in power. He urged Buddhists to be prepared to resume the fight for civilian rule. Minh told a crowd of 10,000 Buddhists, jammed into the Vien Hoa Dao pagoda in Saigon that he believed the Government was trying to find ways to stay in power in spite of promises of national elections in three to five months,
