£84 Theft From Garage

The sum of £74 10s and £lO worth of property were stolen when the premises of Prebbleton Motors, Springs road, were burgled on Tuesday night. The same night, the shop of Shackleys Jewellers, in the Surfside Shopping Mall. New Brighton, was broken into and property worth £7O stolen. A florist’s shop next door was also entered but nothing stolen. A house in Ham road was burgled during daylight on Wednesday and £2 10s stolen. Two houses in Gloucester street were entered the same afternoon, but nothing was stolen.
