Bonus Issue Planned (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Mar. 24. Shareholders of Auckland Laundry will be asked to approve plans for a one-for-three bonus issue from capital funds, an increase to nominal capital and subdivision of the 20s shares. If they agree th® bonus issue will be made on holdings on April 27, nominal capital will be raised £150,000 to £300,000, and the shares will be split to 10s units. Capital Lift Paid capital will be lifted by £35,385 to £141,540 by the issue. Final dividend of 4 per cent, making 8 per cent for the year against 7 per cent last year, is recommended; ex dividend April 7. Shares will be ex bonus issue on April 28 and will be quoted, to 10s units on that day. Auckland Laundry’s last bonus was a onefor-two from capital reserves to 1963.
