Muscovites Go Thirsty

Thirsty Muscovites who want a quick drink were let down badly by the city’s builders last year, according to the Government newspaper “Izvestia.” The Soviet Food Minister, Mr Vasily Zotov, told the newspaper that of 30 new bars planned for the city in 1965 only two were finished.
